Attentive Service and Great Location!!!
attentive staff helpful direction rubberized mat central location
The staff was very attentive. They helped with directions and restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the rubberized shower mat. This is rare in hotels. Upon arrival, fresh fruit and a chilled bottle of Prosecco greeted me. The location is central, with a bus stop across the street providing easy access to destinations.
This information was not communicated prior to my arrival. I was told to use a gym elsewhere, impractical for my schedule.

The staff responded quickly to requests and provided helpful information. The reception desk was always staffed, and assistance was readily available. Staff ensured a smooth and pleasant stay.

small room empty hand wash
The size of the room was certainly cozy. I think i could touch both walls at the same time. the website mentioned a bar and restaurant. I envisioned sophisticated cocktails and elegant dining. alas, it was just vouchers for a cafe next door. Quite the downgrade i must say. a hot breakfast at a proper table would have been amazing. they didn't fill the hand wash in the bathroom. i asked for it to be filled but nothing changed.

missing restaurant missing hand soap
the location was quite central. the provided amenities were acceptable.
The website states the hotel has a bar and restaurant, but it does not. i received vouchers for a nearby cafe. It was standing room only EACH day. there was no hand soap in the bathroom UPON arrival, and it wasn't refilled despite my request.

central location safe luggage fluffy towels
i appreciated the hotel's ideal spot near many attractions. the staff stored my luggage safely both before check-in and after check-out. receiving complimentary fruit and water in my room was a lovely touch and the towels were nice and fluffy.
noise from a busy street disturbed sleep a little.

noticeable noise sleep quality
The rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly.
I was disappointed. The room I booked, the Premier Single Room, was smaller than I expected. The noise from outside was noticeable at night. It affected my sleep quality .
